Terms of Service

An account belongs to an organization. The person who signs up becomes its Owner, and can invite others as Admins, Editors, or Viewers. Roles apply across every site the organization owns.

You are responsible for what your team publishes, and for keeping account credentials secure.

You keep ownership of everything you supply: business details, photos, logos, and any copy you write or edit.

Content generated for you - copy, and images produced from your brief - is yours to use on your site. The templates, the platform, and the Buildly brand remain ours.

Generated copy and images are a starting point, not a finished product. Nothing reaches the public until you review a draft and choose to publish it.

Generation prompts are constrained against inventing specific facts - numbers, dates, awards, customer counts - but you are the only party who can confirm that what a page says about your business is true. Review before publishing.

Sparks are the unit of AI work. Generating a block of copy or an image spends sparks; uploading your own photos and enhancing them does not.

If a generation job fails, its reservation is refunded automatically - you are not charged for work that was never delivered.

You may not use Buildly to impersonate another business, publish unlawful content, or claim credentials you do not hold.

We can remove content that breaches this, and will tell you when we do.

You can stop using Buildly at any time. An Owner can delete an organization, which removes its sites from the public internet.

We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of acceptable use.
