Terms of Service

Buildly is a business tool. You must be 18 or older, and you must use it for a business or organization you are authorized to act for. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

An account belongs to an organization. The person who signs up becomes its Owner, and can invite others as Admins, Editors, or Viewers. Roles apply across every site the organization owns.

You are responsible for what your team publishes, and for keeping account credentials secure.

When you create an account you tick a box to accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We record that you did, which version you saw, and when - and nothing else about the click.

You keep ownership of everything you supply: business details, photos, logos, and any copy you write or edit.

Content generated for you - copy, and images produced from your brief - is yours to use on your site. The templates, the platform, and the Buildly brand remain ours.

Generated copy and images are a starting point, not a finished product. Nothing reaches the public until you review a draft and choose to publish it.

Generation prompts are constrained against inventing specific facts - numbers, dates, awards, customer counts - but you are the only party who can confirm that what a page says about your business is true. Review before publishing.

Content is made with AI models run by the providers listed on our subprocessor page. Images we generate carry a machine-readable marker in the file saying they are AI-generated. A published site does not show a visible label unless the AI-generated label is turned on for it; where the law or a platform you advertise on requires you to disclose AI-generated content, doing so is your responsibility.

Sparks are the unit of AI work. Generating a block of copy or an image spends sparks; uploading your own photos and enhancing them does not.

If a generation job fails, its reservation is refunded automatically - you are not charged for work that was never delivered.

You may not use Buildly to impersonate another business, publish unlawful content, or claim credentials you do not hold.

We can remove content that breaches this, and will tell you when we do.

You can stop using Buildly at any time. The Owner of an organization can delete it from its Settings: its sites go off the public internet at once, there is a 14 day grace period in which the Owner can cancel, and after that everything is deleted for good. Records we must keep for tax law, such as receipts, are kept without your name. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it first so nothing is charged afterwards.

We may suspend an account for non-payment or for a serious breach of acceptable use.
