Buildly is free while in beta.
Dentists, physical therapists, chiropractors, optometrists, counselors. A new patient is often anxious and nearly always comparing. They want to know that you treat their problem, that you are taking new patients, and who they will actually see.
Patients search for the problem - a cracked tooth, a sore back - as often as for the treatment. Each treatment page can say plainly what it is for and who it helps.
Whether you are taking new patients, what the first appointment involves, and how to register interest.
Names, qualifications and a little about each. In healthcare, trust is personal before it is anything else.

Every Buildly site is built from the pages its design defines, with three collections that grow with you: services, projects and blog posts. This is how your kind of business fits into them.
| What you have | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| Treatments - checkups, fillings, physical therapy, eye exams | Services, one page per treatment, several with a questions section |
| Practitioners and their qualifications | Your about page, edited in the editor. Buildly has no practitioner profile pages |
| New-patient inquiries | Your contact form and the request form on each treatment page, arriving in Leads |
| Opening hours and location | Your contact page |
| Answers to the worries patients bring | Blog posts, on designs that have a blog page |
Juno asks every business the same kinds of questions, in a conversation rather than a form, and phrases them her own way. Your answers are what make the site yours: the words are written from them, and the photographs Buildly chooses from its library are matched to what you say you do.
“What do you do, and who do you do it for?” is yours to answer in your own words. Juno will offer to draft why people choose you.
Everything the interview coversWhat do you do, and who do you do it for?
A family dental practice. Checkups, hygiene, and gentle care for nervous patients.
What are your main services?
Checkups and cleaning, tooth-colored fillings, children’s dentistry, and same-day emergency appointments.
How long have you been in business?
Twenty-two years, at the same address.
None of it is required to start - the build can begin once Juno knows your business name, what you do and where - but each one makes the first draft closer to finished.
No. Buildly sites have no booking system. A new patient calls or sends an inquiry through your contact form, it arrives in Leads, and you arrange the appointment the way you already do.
They should not. It is an inquiry form, not a patient record system. In Forms you choose what your forms ask, so keep it to a name, a way to reply and a short reason for getting in touch, and handle anything clinical in your own systems.
On your about page. There is no profile page for each practitioner, so add names and qualifications to the about page in the editor - and mention them to Juno when you are asked why patients choose you.
Buildly writes from what you tell Juno, and you get a draft to read before anything is published. Read every treatment page as a patient would, and change any sentence you would not say yourself in the editor before you publish.

Tell Juno what you treat and who patients will see, and Buildly writes the pages they read before they call.
