Photographs you upload - in the editor, on a project or on a blog post - are kept together on your site’s Media screen. You can delete one from there, and if you change your mind, bring it back for a while afterwards.
Deleting a photograph
- Open your site and choose Media.
- Find the photograph under Your photographs. Each one shows where it was added, such as a blog post.
- Choose Delete, then confirm.
The photograph stops showing on your site straight away.
Bringing one back
Deleted photographs go to the trash, shown on the same screen. Choose Restore to put one back. The screen says how long photographs stay in the trash; after that they are deleted for good.
Who can delete photographs
Owners, Admins and Editors. If you only want a different picture in one spot, you do not need to delete anything - see Changing a picture on a page.
