Your dashboard has two levels. Your organization holds your team, your sparks and your billing. Each site inside it has its own screens for pages, leads, domain and the rest. The menu changes to match where you are.
The organization menu
- Dashboard - your starting point, with New site for Owners and Admins.
- Juno - a chat with Buildly’s assistant, when it is available for your organization.
- Notifications - everything Buildly has told you, in one list.
- Sites - every site your organization owns.
- Templates - the designs your sites can be built on.
- Team - members and invitations.
- Activity - a record of what has been done, and by whom.
- Billing - your plan, card and receipts. Only the Owner sees it.
- Sparks - your balance and where it went.
- Support - requests to the Buildly team.
- Settings - your profile, sign-in and notifications, and your organization’s details.
The site menu
Open a site and its menu is grouped in three:
- Build - Overview, Pages, Legal pages, Collections, Projects, Media and Blog.
- Grow - Leads, Forms, Analytics, Domain, SEO and Integrations.
- Manage - Sitemap, Redirects, Appearance, Versions, Logs and Site Settings.
The site’s Overview is where you publish, open the draft with View your website, and see a build while it runs.
Why some screens are missing for you
What you can see follows your role. A Viewer does not see Projects, only Owners and Admins see a site’s Logs or can open its Site Settings, and only the Owner sees Billing. If you expected a screen and it is not there, check your role in Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer.
