Juno is not only for the interview. Once your site exists, you can chat with Juno from your dashboard: ask how something works, what to write, or how to get a page found in search. Juno explains, and when it can do something for you, it offers - you stay in control.
Opening a conversation
- Choose Juno in your organization’s menu.
- Choose New conversation, or carry on with one from the list.
- Type your question and send it.
From a site’s overview, Ask Juno about this site starts a conversation about that site. Your earlier conversations stay in the list.
Things Juno can offer to do
When a question needs an action, Juno shows a card describing exactly what would change. Nothing happens until you press its button; Not now dismisses it.
- File this request - sends a support request to the Buildly team for you
- Open it - takes you to the page editor or the SEO screen for a site
- Save these details - updates your business phone, email or tagline
- Save this - changes one fact on a site, such as your opening hours, address, service areas or services
- Rewrite this page - writes one page again, keeping anything you wrote yourself
Chatting with Juno uses no sparks. Rewriting a page is AI work and does - see What is a spark?
Who can use it
Everyone in your organization can chat with Juno, Viewers included. When you press a card’s button, Buildly checks your role again, so Juno only makes changes for people whose role lets them make that change themselves.
If Juno is not in your menu, it is not available for your organization at the moment. The rest of your dashboard works as normal, and you can still ask our team for help.
