During the interview, once Juno knows which business you are, it looks your business up on the web. It is not trying to replace what you say - it is looking for what is already out there, so it can ask you better questions.
What you see
While it searches, the chat shows what it is doing, in lines such as:
- Looking that up...
- Checking followed by the site it is reading
- Found you on followed by where it found you, and a note that it will ask about them shortly
If the search does not work, Juno says it could not look that up and carries on with the interview. Nothing is lost.
What it does with what it finds
Juno asks you about what it found rather than using it quietly. When the site is built, details you gave Juno always win. A phone number or email address that Buildly found only on another website is held back until you confirm it, and details it filled in for you are marked so you can check them.
If you told Juno you already have a website, Buildly reads that too when it builds - see What happens when you describe your business.
Does it cost anything?
No. Looking your business up is part of the interview, and the interview uses no sparks.
