When a sentence is right in substance but not in tone, you do not have to rewrite it yourself. In the editor, Juno can reword one piece of text at a time, and you decide whether to keep the result.
Asking for a rewrite
- In the editor, click the heading or sentence you want to change.
- In the panel, under Ask Juno, choose one of: Shorter, Friendlier, More professional or Fix spelling.
- Or type your own request in Or tell Juno what to do..., such as “mention that we work weekends”.
- While it works, the panel says Juno is writing.... Juno’s version then appears on the page.
- Press Save to keep it, or Discard to go back to what you had.
What Juno can and cannot see
Juno is shown only the text you clicked, so it cannot change anything else on the page, however a request is worded. Check what it writes the way you would check any draft: it can sound sure of itself and still get a fact wrong.
The Ask Juno options are not offered for items in a list. Legal pages are yours to write; Juno does not write them.
Pictures, too
For a picture, Juno can draft its description for people who cannot see it - see Changing a picture on a page.
Does it use sparks?
No. Rewording a piece of text in the editor is free. Rewriting a whole page, which Juno can offer in a dashboard conversation, does use sparks - see Asking Juno for help in your dashboard.
If the Ask Juno options do not work, Juno may not be available for your organization at the moment. You can always edit the text yourself.
