Sometimes a site needs more than a few edits: your business has changed, or the first draft never sounded like you. Buildly can write the whole site again from your interview, every section and every photograph choice.
Try the small fix first
On your site’s overview, the Not happy with it? panel lists quicker fixes before the big one. Most problems are a sentence or two, and the editor handles those - see Using the editor.
Rewriting the whole site
- Open your site’s overview.
- In Not happy with it?, under Start the whole site again, choose Rewrite the whole site. The Regenerate button beside your site’s links does the same.
- Confirm with Yes, rewrite it.
The overview shows the rewrite as it happens, just like the first build. It takes a couple of minutes.
What it keeps and what it replaces
- Photographs you uploaded yourself are kept.
- Edits you made to your draft since you last published are written over.
- Your interview is read again, so the rewrite works from everything you told Juno.
If you have wording you want to keep, copy it somewhere first and put it back in the editor afterwards.
If your site is live
A published site shows your draft as it is, so visitors see the rewrite as it happens and the new words once it finishes. Rewrite at a quiet time, then read the site through - see Publishing your site.
Who can, and what it costs
Only Owners and Admins can rewrite a whole site; an Editor sees a note to ask one of them. A rewrite is AI work and uses sparks from your balance - see What is a spark?
To rewrite just one page, ask Juno in your dashboard - see Asking Juno for help in your dashboard.
