Each browser you sign in from stays signed in until you sign out or the session ends. You can see all of them in one list, and sign any of them out - useful after using a shared computer, or if you lose a device.
Seeing your sessions
Open Settings and find Where you are signed in, under Sign-in and security. Each session shows the device and browser, when it was last used and when it signed in. The one you are using now is marked This browser.
Signing a session out
- Choose End session beside any other session to sign it out.
- Choose Sign out the other session - with several, the button says how many - to sign out everywhere except here.
- To sign out of this browser, use Sign out at the top of Settings.
If you see a session you do not recognize
- End that session
- Change your password, which also signs out every other session
- Check the methods listed under Second step at sign-in, and remove any you did not add
