Signing in to Buildly takes two steps: your email address and password, then a second step that proves it is really you - a passkey, an authenticator app, or a recovery code.
Signing in
- Open the sign-in page, headed Welcome back.
- Enter your Email and Password, then choose Log in.
- On Confirm it is you, choose Use your passkey, or Use your authenticator app instead and enter the code from the app.
If you have lost both your passkey and your authenticator app, choose Use a recovery code - see Recovery codes. If someone else’s account is signed in on the second step, choose Not you? Sign out.
If you cannot sign in
- Forgotten your password? Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in page - see Resetting or changing your password.
- Just signed up? You cannot sign in until you have confirmed your email address - see Creating your account.
- Several tries in a row? After repeated attempts, Buildly may check that you are a person before letting you try again. That is to stop someone guessing your password.
Still stuck? Use the contact page - you do not need to be signed in.
