You can download a copy of what Buildly holds about you at any time, and erase your account when you no longer need it. Owners can also download their organization’s data. All of it is under Data and danger zone in Settings.
Downloading your own data
Under Your data, choose Download my data. The file holds your profile, your organizations, where you signed in, your conversations with Juno, your support requests and the terms you accepted. Every member can do this.
Downloading your organization’s data
Owners see Your organization’s data. Choose Download data for a file of the organization’s profile, team, site settings and leads - for your records, or before deleting.
Erasing your account
- Under Erase my account, type DELETE to confirm.
- Enter your password, then choose Erase my account.
Your name, email address and picture are removed, you are signed out everywhere, and your sign-in is deleted. Records an organization must keep for tax law stay, without your name.
If you are the only Owner of an organization, Buildly will not erase your account until the organization has another Owner or has been deleted. See Owner, Admin, Editor, and Viewer for handing it over, or Deleting an organization.
Leaving an organization
You cannot remove yourself from an organization. Ask one of its Owners or Admins to remove you from the Team screen.
