Buildly tells you when something happens that you may need to act on - a site ready to review, a new lead, a reply from our team. Everything it tells you is kept on the Notifications screen. Separately, the Activity screen is a record of what people in your organization have done.
The Notifications screen
Choose Notifications in your organization’s menu. Choose a stream to narrow it down: Everything, Your sites, Support or Account. You can also pick one site, or show Unread only. Mark all read clears the unread markers, and Older pages back through earlier notifications.
Which notifications you get follows your role. Billing notices go only to the Owner, for example, and domain notices to the people who can change domains.
To be notified on your device even when the dashboard is closed, turn on push notifications - see Your profile and settings.
The Activity screen
Choose Activity in your organization’s menu to see a record of actions taken in your organization.
- Owners and Admins see everyone’s actions, including our staff taking a site offline, should that ever happen.
- Editors and Viewers see Your activity - their own actions only.
Use Who to show one person, Rows for how many to show at once, then Apply. Times on this screen are shown in UTC.
