Your own account and your organization share one screen: Settings, in your organization’s menu. Each section is marked Only you or Whole organization, so you can tell whether a change affects just you or everyone.
The sections
- Profile - your picture and name
- Sign-in and security - your password, second sign-in step and sessions
- Organization - its members, sites and your role
- Notifications and display - push notifications and the clock
- Data and danger zone - downloading your data, and deleting
Your profile
Choose Choose a picture to add a photo of yourself, or Remove picture to take it away. Change your Name and press Save changes. Your team sees your name and picture.
Your email address is shown but cannot be changed from Settings. To change it, ask the Buildly team: we make sure the request really comes from you before changing it.
Push notifications
Under Push notifications, choose Turn on to have Buildly notify this browser - for a new lead, for example - even when the dashboard is closed. Your browser asks for permission. Once it is on, Send a test notification checks that it works. The setting is for this browser only, so turn it on on each device you want told.
The clock
Under Clock, choose 12-hour or 24-hour for how times are shown to you. It saves as soon as you choose.
Signing out
Sign out is at the top of the Settings screen. To sign out other devices, see Seeing where you are signed in.
